1. THE ORDER

How to track my order ?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order is shipped, a new email will be sent to you with the tracking number of your package. You can also go to the “Track your order” tab for any additional information on the status of your order. If you have additional questions, you can contact us directly by email service@awahena.fr

By clicking "Add to Cart", you can select the items you like and add them to your cart. Once your choice has been made, by clicking on the basket at the top right of the page, you arrive on the basket page. Check your selection, products, shades and quantities, then validate by filling out the personal information form.

b. Confirmation – Address and payment

All your data is kept and used as part of your order and to enable the correct delivery of your package.

When choosing the billing address and the delivery address, you can choose 2 different ones if you wish to make a gift (by checking the box reserved for this purpose) OR use the same address (the delivery address will be used by default as the billing address).

Make sure all the information provided is correct and validate your order by clicking on “Order”.

How to use a promotional code?

You can add a promo code by clicking on “Proceed to payment”, this will display the products you have selected, and immediately going to the delivery address choice step.

In the right column, you will find a box to indicate your promotional code.

Type the code in the “discount code” box then click “Apply”. The total cost of your chosen products will be adjusted automatically.

Only one code can be used per transaction.

Once the order is confirmed, you will not be able to modify/apply the code.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods are Bank Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Are online payments secure?

All banking data exchanged is encrypted using the SSL protocol, complying with all European regulations.

This data cannot be intercepted or modified. The technology meets the latest safety standards:

- each payment by bank card generates an authorization request to the card holder's bank

- the financial transaction takes place on the bank server, clearly identified by its internet address and its graphic elements in order to reassure you.

2. SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

What are the delivery times ?

All orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours after confirmation of your order.

The average delivery time observed is:

- 2 working days for Metropolitan France ,

- 4 working days for Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Switzerland

- 5 working days for the following overseas territories: Mayotte, Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Martin

We have chosen to ship only by Colissimo, Chronopost, or La Poste en Lettre Suivie.

A problem upon receipt of my order, what should I do?

All orders are prepared with care and are checked before being picked up by the carrier.

If upon receipt of your order you notice that the package is damaged or opened, we invite you to take photos and then send them to us, notifying us of your problem.

If when you open your package you notice an error in the products received, we apologize in advance. Despite all our checks, an error occurred when preparing your order. Contact us immediately so that we can offer you a suitable solution.

How do I exchange or return my products?

You have a period of fourteen clear days to withdraw from receipt of the order or in the event of absence on the date of availability indicated by the carrier.

All cancellation or exchange requests must be made by message via the contact form, or via our Messenger, specifying:

- Your order number

- The name used for the order

- The email used for the order

Once your request has been received, we will inform you of the return arrangements.

The exchange or return remains at your expense for the return of your products. Once received, the products are checked and your order is refunded under certain conditions (products in perfect condition accompanied by their original packaging (unopened), accessories, instructions, etc.).

In the event of a refund, if the conditions are respected, we will reimburse you for the products and the delivery costs initially paid.

In the event of an exchange, if the conditions are respected, we exchange your products with those desired, the return of the order is free.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Does the Awahena UV/LED lamp work with all semi-permanent nail polishes?

Of course, our 48W UV/LED lamp (with its 24 LEDS) allows you to catalyze (dry) all semi-permanent varnishes, or permanent varnishes on the European market (all varnishes which meet European standards).

Our lamp has CCFL technology, which combines both UV and LED, allowing all permanent and semi-permanent nail polishes to dry. Allow between 60s to 90s of drying per layer.

Do not let your varnish dry for more than 120 seconds.

Do you carry out animal testing?

Our products are not tested on animals. Our products do not include any animal-derived ingredients.

What is the composition of the varnishes?

The composition and capacity of the products are indicated on each of the product sheets in the 'Description' section. A majority of our ingredients are by definition “natural”, but to provide the best rendering, shine and adhesion of our varnishes, some of them cannot be. The composition of the varnishes is of high quality, scientifically approved, and respectful of your nails. Our varnishes comply with all European standards for cosmetic products. We believe that with scientific research, we will be able to continue to offer you varnishes with innovative results while always respecting your hands and the environment. This is a real mission for Awahena .

Can varnishes cause side effects?

Our products are made from natural ingredients and have been tested and standardized with current European laws.

It has been observed that some women have a tolerance threshold for the number of semi-permanent manicures. In this case, your fingers may be itchy. It will be necessary to remove the varnish and take a break of several weeks before applying a semi-permanent manicure again.

If the varnish comes into contact with the eyes or certain mucous membranes, it must be rinsed with clean water, otherwise it may cause side effects.

Our products should not be put in the mouth and are not intended for use by children. The varnishes are designed to be applied to the nails exclusively.

Exceptionally, each person being unique, allergic reactions may appear.

In this case, we advise you to stop using the product immediately, remove it, and contact us.
