RETURNS, REFUNDS and CREDIT POLICY
CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER
If you wish to withdraw immediately after placing your order, you have 2 hours after placing your order to do so.
After this time, your order is being prepared for shipment, and we cannot stop it. In this case, it will be delivered to you and you can return your order to us and we will apply the above rule to reimburse you within 14 days after receipt of the product(s) in perfect condition (in blister, cellophane, unopened).
14 DAYS TO CHANGE YOUR MIND
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your wish to withdraw. In order to respect the withdrawal period, you simply need to send a message before the end of the withdrawal period that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, in cellophane if there was one on your product.
Several types of products cannot be returned.
Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned, as well as used items, opened and used polishes.
Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Items used, or used, opened and which no longer have their original packaging
To make a return, you must tell us your order number, the name and email used for your order.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer or to any address found on your package.
Return shipping of your items
To return a product, write to us at service@awahena.fr, once your return has been registered and depending on the items returned, we will provide you with the return address.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.
We remind you that return costs are your responsibility. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If we have covered the return costs, then you will receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from this.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $80, you should consider using a shipping service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.
Refunds
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is given: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any varnish that has been opened, used, and applied.
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to error on our part.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Receiving your return
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision whether to approve or reject your refund request.
We will refund all payments we have received, including delivery costs, immediately and no later than six days from the date we received the returned goods, subject to the returns and refund conditions set out above. .
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed. We use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or your original payment method (Paypal, transfer, or others), within a few days maximum.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@awahena.fr.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable, a credit will be issued and you will be notified.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us an e-mail to service@awahena.fr and we will give you the address for returning your item.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a credit will be sent to you by mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver preferred to receive the item first and give it to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver , to the person who paid for the order, and they will know that you returned the item.
